This offering is intended to support patients in the Los Angeles community who started or are in their family planning journey at the time of the wildfires. Due to legal restrictions, in order to qualify for this support fund, patients must meet the following requirements:
• New or existing patients undergoing full cycle IVF or egg freezing.
Must have received at least one fertility medication delivery (e.g., Gonal, Menopur, Cetrotide, Ganirelix) between January 1 and March 30, 2025.
Cash pay only (insurance or third-party payments are not eligible).
Must currently reside in Los Angeles or have lived in Los Angeles during the time of the wildfires.
Completed the refund application form.
Complete and submit the form shared on this page, including your contact information and a brief description of how you were impacted by the wildfires.
Our team will review and verify your eligibility.
Your $200 refund will be applied retroactively to your account.
