As part of our commitment to our LA community, we're offering a $200 refund on out-of-pocket medication costs for eligible fertility patients, with the hope of easing the financial burden and providing some relief as you navigate these challenges.

This offering is intended to support patients in the Los Angeles community who started or are in their family planning journey at the time of the wildfires. Due to legal restrictions, in order to qualify for this support fund, patients must meet the following requirements:

• New or existing patients undergoing full cycle IVF or egg freezing.

Must have received at least one fertility medication delivery (e.g., Gonal, Menopur, Cetrotide, Ganirelix) between January 1 and March 30, 2025.
Cash pay only (insurance or third-party payments are not eligible).
Must currently reside in Los Angeles or have lived in Los Angeles during the time of the wildfires.
Completed the refund application form.

*Promotion valid only for Alto Fertility patients. Eligible fertility patients must complete form. Eligible fertility patients must receive at least one fertility medication delivery, defined as Gonal/Menopur/Cetrotide/Ganirelix. This offer is available to all new fertility patients. Not eligible with other clinic or Alto deals. This refund applies only to charges paid directly by the patient without third-party reimbursement (e.g., insurance or financing programs) and will be issued in the form of a refund. Products which are eligible for coverage through a patient’s insurance (including commercial and government insurance programs), employee benefit program, or 3rd party-financing are ineligible for the refund. Additionally, the refund cannot be applied toward any government insurance benefit out-of-pocket spending calculations, such as Medicare Part D True Out-of-Pocket Costs (TrOOP). The refund cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be sold or transferred to another patient. Alto reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Eligibility will be verified by Alto Pharmacy prior to the issuance of any refund.
