Access, portability, correction, and deletion.

If you wish to access, receive a copy, correct, or delete Personal Information about you that we hold, send us a request by using the contact methods described at the bottom of this page. We will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. However, there may be circumstances where Alto is unable to provide access or delete your Personal Information, such as where the information is subject to legal privilege, would violate the privacy of another individual, we are required to keep it to evidence pharmacy activity, or it’s otherwise needed for auditing or other legal purposes. To protect your privacy, Alto will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your Personal Information.

Communications preferences.

We respect your privacy and want to give you an opportunity to opt out of receiving announcements of certain information. You can control communications such as emails and text messages by adjusting the preferences in your Alto account or following the instructions within those communications to unsubscribe or manage preferences. Users may opt out of receiving any or all non-required communications from Alto by contacting us as described below.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and/or Opt-Out of Targeting Advertising

Some state privacy laws, including California’s CCPA, provide state residents with the right to opt-out of the “sale” and/or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary value. However, some cookies used on our website may be considered a "sale" or “sharing” under state specific laws because of possible disclosures via certain advertising and other cookies.
