Alicia Boler Davis
Alicia Boler Davis is Alto Pharmacy's Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Alto, Alicia led global fulfillment at Amazon as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Fulfillment and was a member of the company's Senior Team (S-Team). In this role, she oversaw the doubling of the company’s fulfillment network capacity over the past few years. She also led Amazon’s worldwide network of customer service operations, robotics and technology, as well as the company’s sustainability, product assurance, real estate, construction, and procurement organizations. Alicia started her career at General Motors, where she spent nearly 25 years in manufacturing, product development, customer experience, product quality, and lastly as Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Labor Relations. Among other awards and accolades, in 2018 Alicia was named one of The Most Powerful Female Engineers by Business Insider, Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group, and in 2020 and 2021 was named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women. She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, a master’s in engineering science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Indiana University, and an honorary doctorate of engineering from Rensselaer.
