Lisa Jurinka is Alto Pharmacy’s Chief Legal Officer. She is responsible for all of the company’s legal and compliance matters. Lisa was previously the Chief Legal Officer at Vacasa, where she was hired to help guide public company readiness initiatives ahead of its public listing. She is a founding member of TechGC, an independent, invitation-only, peer community where General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers share knowledge and best practices and support each other throughout their lives and careers. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the California State University, Fullerton, and her JD from the University of Pennsylvania.
