Shannon Wilson is Alto Pharmacy’s Chief People Officer. She is responsible for the company’s People function including recruiting, human resources, total rewards, and communications. Prior to joining Alto, Shannon spent more than ten years at Amazon, where she most recently served as the Business Technology Director of People Products and Workforce Strategies for the company’s global specialist fulfillment teams. Before that, she held positions at operations management and human resources at The Home Depot and Best Buy. Shannon earned a bachelor’s of science degree from Kansas State University. She also earned her Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
