We text or call patients within an hour of receiving their prescriptions to walk them through scheduling their first delivery. Our team is also available to answer any questions via in-app messaging or phone.
Our same-day delivery options allow for fast and convenient medication access seven days a week, and in-house couriers guarantee reliability and quality. Real-time delivery tracking is available on the Alto app.
